Arlington Sunroom and Primary addition

This Arlington home, perched high on a hillside, needed more space for a growing family without losing the character of the original home.

On the first floor, we built a light-filled living room addition inspired by the feel of a classic sunroom. Designed for year-round use, the space is fully heated and air-conditioned, with a gas fireplace creating a warm centerpiece and natural gathering place.

Above, the first floor made room for a new primary suite featuring a spacious walk-in closet, double vanity, and fully tiled shower. A private en suite office tucked into the corner of the addition completes the space, creating a comfortable and functional retreat within the home.

The result is two new floors of living space that feel connected to the original house while giving the homeowners the room, comfort, and functionality they were looking for.
